Descriptions of the components in the Medication Tracker
Note: Pin Part “B” has a substantially thicker flange than Part “A”.
STEP 1 - Remove the backing of the Sticker Disc and insert Pin Part “A” from the back
STEP 2 - Attach the Sticker Disc into the medication container
STEP 3 - Install the Top Disc and Pin Part “B”
